Office Closed – Covid-19 Response

Our Office is Closed

As we continue to do our part during this pandemic, we have closed our office until May 11th.

We ask that all tenants utilize on-line payments or our drop-box. Absolutely no cash payments will be accepted at this time.

You can access the on-line payment portal from our website at www.nebraskaris.com and clicking on “Pay Online”. You can also drop anything off in our drop-box located just to the right of our door. Be sure anything you put in the drop-box is properly labeled with name, telephone number, and address. As always, you can mail your payment in. It is considered on time as long as it is post-marked on or before the 5^th of the month.
