COVID-19: Office Closed FAQs
Our Office is Closed lobby is closed to the public due to COVID-19.
As we continue to do our part during this pandemic, we have closed our office to the public. Our office will re-open on May 11th, 2020.
Please note that your rent payments are still due. Rent and late fees will not be waived. 7-day notices of non-payment of rent will still be issued. We will not be processing evictions, and would prefer to work with our tenants to make payment plan arrangements regardless of the reason. If you are struggling to pay your rent due to COVID-19 complications please use the form below to request reasonable accommodations.
We ask that all tenants utilize on-line payments or our drop-box. Absolutely no cash payments will be accepted at this time.
You can access the on-line payment portal from our website at www.nebraskaris.com and clicking on “Pay Online”. You can also drop payments, applications, communications, etc. off in our drop-box located just to the right of our door. Be sure anything you put in the drop-box is properly labeled with name, telephone number, and address. As always, you can mail your payment in. It is considered on time as long as it is post-marked on or before the 5th of the month.

If you reach our voicemail or send an email, it is imperative that you leave your name, address, telephone number and your reason for calling. We will handle/assign all maintenance requests directly from the voicemail you leave us.
