New Service for Tenants – RentCafe
RentCafe is here to stay!
Nebraska RIS is excited to announce that RentCafe is here for our tenants! For all tenants that have an email address on file with us, you will receive an email inviting you to register with RentCafe (if you haven’t already).
Setting it up is fairly simple. Just click the link in the email and follow the guided directions. While having an account is not mandatory (at this time) it is highly recommended.
RentCafe will provide wonderful and convenient services for our tenants. You will have up-to-date view of your tenant ledger, the ability to make one-time payments for any charges, the option to set-up the autopay service, maintenance request submission and tracking, and so much more!
When you log in, it will give you a pop-up to leave us a review. We do hope you will take a moment to let us know how we are doing. Your feedback can be very helpful in guiding us to better serve our tenants.
Having an account does not mean you have to pay online. We do not require any tenants to pay online. Having the portal and access to all the additional features is the reason for the recommendation. Whenever a tenant wants to see their ledger, wants to submit a maintenance request, etc., all those things are easily and quickly done from the your account.
If you are ever having trouble with your RentCafe account, you can always reach out to your property manager. You can find your property manager by simply looking up your apartment community on RENTCafe.com – first choose your city, then search by property address. If the problem is more of a technical issue with your account (verses a question about a maintenance request or charges/payments), you can reach out to RentCafe directly at 855-736-8223 (855-RENTCAFE).
